Plant:
14 inch diameter, 7 inches high. Moderately dense Rhizomatous with a fast growth rate.

Leaf:
6 in. long, 2.75 in. wide 5 to 6 pair of prominant veins. Leaf center color is dark green with a .63 in. wide slightly rippled yellow-gold margin. Slightly shiny on top, slightly shiny underneath; Leaf appearance is wavey moderately corrugated good substance . Leaf shape is ovate with a tapered base .

Scape:
14 inches high. Ranges from 13 inches up to 16 inches high. Scape is dark green.

Flower:
2.50 in. long. Color is deep purple, striped; tubular shape; In Michigan: Bloom starts late July finishes late August .
